Delayed delivery and no update

Had ordered a cake for delivery in Guwahati today.

Highly disappointed that the cake still not delivered on Mothers day.

Worst service ever. U charge for delivery but at least update the status.

Never ordering again and not going to recommend anyone else.

Will highlight on all platforms about your pathetic service.

FNP is much better...its service that matters and...

Cancellation and refund policy

I have brought a gift form myflowertree site for worth Rs 499 and then due to some unavoidable reasons I cancelled my order. Then they refunded my money but they transfer it to my myflowertree wallet only and due to this now I am bound to use that money on there site only in buying something. I asked them to transfer it to my bank account but they denied doing so. I discussed a lot with them but they are not ready to transfer my wallet money...

Refund policy

I asked them to transfer it to my bank account but denied doing so. Flowers not delivered on time and nobody bothers to inform

I had placed an order for flower delivery before 12 pm. Nobody delivered the order and Even bothered to inform . After calling them post 12 pm they said now they will deliver it post 4 pm . But the person I wanted to deliver the flowers too has already left and now her day is spoilt. Also they are not cancelling the order and giving my money back after scamming me....

We have ordered for cake and flower on 17.04.2022 to deliver it in Jind (Haryana) on 19.04.2022 on the occasion of my parent's marriage anniversary. but they didn't deliver it . after waiting for whole day, at the end of the day we have received email that they will deliver it on 20.04.2022. again the same story no-one came to delivered . i request for the refund . they are not paying me my money and now keep saying it that they will deliver...

Worst flower delivery service

I ordered a rose bouquet for my sister. It arrived a couple of hours late with no apology or communication. They didn’t attach the note I had written to be included with bouquet. Roses were of bad quality and full of bad smelling grass and dried up leaves. They looked stale and they were immediately put in water. All roses wilted the next day.
