I bought touch screen e phone from naaptol dec. End, 2009. For rs.5200/=. The phone supplied was totally defective. Its touch keypad, handwriting recognition never worked from day one. Screen was also very bad. I complained he same to the naaptol. They requested to return the phone to be replaced with a brand new set. I spent rs.300/= for reshipping the phone back to the company. Courier people do not accept mobile phones for shipment normally....
