I ordered medicines from the Netmeds website on 10 Jan 2022, for which the payment was made using paytm wallet . The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my paytm wallet. But there was no confirmation of order placed from the Netmeds. In the Netmeds website there is a section of MY ORDERS, even there my order was not mentioned. I have attached the screenshot from the paytm app which states the Transaction number. I tried to get in touch with the customer support team of Netmeds through Email, call and chat but the complaint left unattended. They didn't took any steps to resolve the complaints. Kindly take the appropriate action to refund the money.

    I had placed an order on 3rd January and was told that the order will be received on 4th-5th Jan. On 5th Jan I reached out to the customer care team and asked them why has part of my order has not even been shipped yet as the status still shows "processing" and the other part of the order has not yet been delivered even though it has reached Gurgaon. He told me the case has been flagged as high priority and I will receive it soon. It's been 2 days and my order's status is still "processing" and the other part of the order is still just sitting in their warehouse, they have not delivered.

    Netmeds please start selling non-essential items as this speed and response is no accepted for a medical care site. Your agents cant even tell me why my delivery is late or if it even is then by when should i expect it. I should atleast know that am not gonna get the order in the next 2 days as well and based on that I can make a decision to cancel the order and get my medicines from someplace else.

      I have ordered from Netmeds on 5th January and I received a message on 6th January that my order has been successfully delivered on 5th January, 9:00 PM. I haven’t received the product yet nor did I got a call from the delivery agent. Netmeds customer care services are of no help. My order was prepaid.

        [protected]ASO1 order ID. patel.[protected]@gmail.com is my registered email id. Essential medicines were ordered on 25th December. Expected delivery date was on 27 to 28th December. But it's not delivered till 29th December. Absolutely pathetic customer care executives. They give some standard preset answers. Noting more. Asked them to cancel the order n refund the amount. It seems they want minimum 15 days for that. Disappointed bybtheir service.

          Netmeds order[protected]A3 (Story will repeat)
          Thank You Netmeds for troubling Senior Citizen Customers.
          What is your definition of slight delay? Other companies deliver order within 3 days. The THIRD part of order is still processing. The same thing happened with the second last order and with same tablets. It was delivered after many many days. The same story is likely to happen. You will simply copy paste reply stating that it will be shipped. This will continue for next many days and you will give same reply to each email that I will send. I am sure that it will take many days to deliver
          Based on my previous experiences, I am sure that the order (third part of order) will remain in processing at least for 15 days and it will not be shipped. You will not pay attention and you will simply copy and paste reply for next several days. It has already been so many days. The other companies deliver it in 3 days. Thanks again for troubling Senior Citizen Customers.

            Ordered medecine on 15 dec
            Delayed for 2 days
            Then 2 more days
            Now asking for 2 more days
            No courier number provided
            Constant lies by customer support.
            Patient severely ill and had to be admitted due to this negligence.
            Probably they gamble medicine and fool customers in the name of sorry for the delay

              I made a payment of 454.36 on NetMeds app on 5th December through GPay. I am attaching the screenshot for the successful payment. But NetMeds showed the order as declined but the amount was not refunded to my account.

                On 10th December, I ordered medicines at Netmeds, after adding all the required medicines, I proceeded to online payment. I have been ordering from Netmeds for quite a while now, so, I trusted them with pre-paid orders. There is an option for Pay with Rewards (powered by Twid). So, I opted for it and entered my UPI VPA and proceeded. But, even after a successful payment and the amount being deducted from my account, the order was declined. After this happened, I contacted their support team and they told me to e-mail the transaction details to them, which I did. But they replied that they haven't received any amount and they can't help me. It's been 6 days and the amount hasn't been refunded. I have contacted their customer support team many times, but the send the same reply and when called, they ask for another 24 hours. Please help.

                    On 17th Nov, 2022, I had tried to place an order via Netmeds app and made payment through Phonepay app.But the order was not placed and money also got deducted from my account.I am checking with the Netmeds support team since past 15 days but they are unable to do anything.

                    I would request to initiate money refund back to my account as soon as possible.

                      My Name is C . BHARATH CHANDRAN. I orderd a Netmeds Product Order Id :[protected]WSO1 That is coming through Courier Ecom express..

                      The TRACKING ID is [protected]... There is no update Since the last 2 days.. It shows only Product "Not picked Up" as of Today.. 30 th November is the Delivery day. But i am not sure if it Deliver's on that Day... My Order was meant to be Delivered Tomorrow ... But the Order has not been Picked up yet ... and also i need the Product Urgently.. So, Kindly Speed Up and Pick-Up my Order Today Itself as It is Very Urgent.

                          I ordered few medicines for myself and my mother in law for Diabetes and BP a week back on 16 Nov 2022. But we havent received the order as of 23rd nov. When i check the status, it says as "In Transit" but the remarks column shows as "Un Delivered". Also the contact numbers of the Delivery person sent in the message is either "Not Reachable" or "Switched off". I followed up with NetMeds support team for back to back 3 days and all they keep saying is, they will process the order again. But i havent received my order. Its very disappointed to see the service provided by NetMeds. As they are not taking responsibility by talking to the Courier company. When i track the status using the tracking link sent to my message, it says "My Order is closed".

                          I am really disappointed with the way Netmeds is handling such orders. You are not understanding the seriousness of the delays which is happening. Remember someone might have ordered a life-saving medicine and imagine the condition of the patient if you create such delays.

                          They are saying they are taking necessary steps. but they didnt do anything and this time also, my order is not delivered for more than 6 days. It is my mistake to believe NetMeds. My only request to you guys is not to play around with people's lifes. If you are not able to process and deliver the order, then why the hell are you accepting the orders.

                          Recruiting cheap guys for medicine delivery will result in such patethic situations. Time to wake up guys.

                          See the attached photos of todays order, it is the same case with these guys. Learnt a good lesson now. I will never ever order in NetMeds again. It has to come from location called Bommasandra which is just 20 kms from my place. It is taking 6 days for these guys to come 20kms. I dont know if they are crawling.
                          Refer to the last image. It is showing the location as Bomasandra and the date and time as 21st Feb night 10:17 PM and the status is showing as Undelivered.

                          My address is in hosur. And how can they say it as undelivered when they are in Bomansandra. And today moring on 22nd Feb when i contact the delivery guys they are saying they will deliver soon. What nonsense is this.

                            I have placed an order on netmeds on 15th NOV costing around 2454 which needs to be delivered by 19th November.
                            Today it is 21st Nov still i didn't receive my medicine and calling to customer care also no use. The status always is in transit which is not acceptable.
                            The location which the order is in Machilipatnam and from there my address location is 1hour travel. For that also it took 3 days for them and still it is not delivered.

                              This is really poor & pathetic service provided by Netmeds where they don’t have any control on the Courier Company, without attempting any delivery & courier team has given false remarks as undelivered.

                              Also tried contacting the courier company M/s Qwik Courier Services (Mr. Pritam Sapat mobile no.[protected]) based on the SMS received, where he refuse to deliver the product saying that I don’t have the product.

                                Till date despite of several follow-up with Netmed Call center & the Courier Partner (Qwik services) the Medicine courier has not been delivered nor they have cancelled the order. its just the new delivery date commitment every day.

                                I had a word with Courier representative Mr. Pritam Sapat - Mob No. [protected]. as well netmeds call center representative Miss. Shivan Thakur (Employee Code 4798). Still no resolution.

                                Every day i get commitment of delivery in next 24 hrs or refund in next 48 hrs but non of the above happens.

                                That's really pathetic the way the operate the services & there call center.

                                    I had Emailed the company for return request of Medicine on[protected]
                                    Courier Partner Collected the Medicine on[protected]

                                        I Have ordered PREPAID medicine nearly 18sept 2022 from Netmeds.com. But Netmeds did not deliver my order at my delivery address and I informed this to Netmeds. But Netmeds did not take any action for delivery my order. 1ST order id[protected]M and Sub Order ID-
                                        [protected]MSO1 and then Netmeds reship this order with another order id NMS[protected]MRSSO1.
                                        It has been over more than 50 days, every time currier partner give feedback failed delivery without attempting delivery at my address.

                                        I need my medicine as early as possible.
