On 10th December, I ordered medicines at Netmeds, after adding all the required medicines, I proceeded to online payment. I have been ordering from Netmeds for quite a while now, so, I trusted them with pre-paid orders. There is an option for Pay with Rewards (powered by Twid). So, I opted for it and entered my UPI VPA and proceeded. But, even after a successful payment and the amount being deducted from my account, the order was declined. After this happened, I contacted their support team and they told me to e-mail the transaction details to them, which I did. But they replied that they haven't received any amount and they can't help me. It's been 6 days and the amount hasn't been refunded. I have contacted their customer support team many times, but the send the same reply and when called, they ask for another 24 hours. Please help.
