This is surprising, when I placed the order, it was showing that the delivery by 18th September.

Till date no delivery and even no message or phone call for late delivery information and When I called up on 18th Sept, I got a dull response from the executive as he was doing favour to me.

What will person do with discount if he does not get the delivery, the similar discount is available with other online companies.

I think this is going to be the last time.

    This is to bring into your notice that i had ordered medicine from netmed app on[protected] vide order no[protected]a which was supposed to be delivered by[protected], but till today the same has not been delivered.kindly note that the medicine is for heart patient and are very much important and urgent .If the same is not delivered than i shall lodge civil suit against the company as its about some one health matter this may be treated as warning or my notice before filling any legal procdure.

        I have ordered prepaid on 14 th sept 2022, it is usually delivery time 3to4 days but it is now 5days over, but still there customer executive told me please wait more 1 or 2 days.. Such medicine urgent requirement for my mother who is 55years old, Because waste of time what I get?

          Sir, I have ordered medicine from Netmeds, thinking that within two days I will get medicine. I ordered on 5th sep 22, 7th is the due date. The person called from remote place. When he came near my place i was busy. But immediately i recalled, he doesn't attend phone. Till date I have not got the medicine. Call center is informed, no help. Kindly take care.

                I had ordered few medicines on 11 th of September I have received few of them but one medicine is still missing. I have been sent a message that my one medicine which was left to be delivered has been delivered but in reality it's not been delivered yet to date, even on your app it's showing shipped not delivered status. How could you being a big brand be so negligent about it. I have brain clot and medicine which has not been delivered is crucial for me to take on daily basis but your negligence, carelessness is taking toll on my health. I have tried calling you people your customer care number even had a chat but no one is willing to help it's like you just don't care about your patients customers. If you can't deliver the medicine please refund my money so I can buy it from local medical and i kindly request you to take a look and help me.

                  My Order No.[protected]M was for Prostowin Capsules but I received Gaspaz Capsules instead of my ordered medicine Prostowin Capsules.                     Hello team, I paid for netmeds online consultation on 9 September 2022 at 11:08 pm. It is been 4 days that I didn't get any proper response from doctor's side whereas netmeds advertise that doctor will respond within 30 minutes. Initially I mailed them for resolution but instead of rectifying issue they abruptly changed my doctor whom I never paid for. I again mailed them to rectify this issue. They multiple times sent me same reply asking for my consultation ID which I never found on their app and web. So I asked them to find my details by using my registered mobile number or email ID. They don't even have that system also and they again sent me mail asking me for consultation ID. After multiple communication they finally asked me for my payment transactions ID to get my consultation details and told me they will forward my issue to concerned team. But instead of solving my issue that team changed my doctor again who sent me direct prescription without knowing my issue and who doesn't even know my health query. I contacted him multiple times through app but he never replied me after sending prescription. After 3 hours they again changed my doctor who never replied till now. Before taking money this netmeds guarantee you that "if you are not satisfied with the service we will refund your money." So i wrote long email to them explaining this whole issue and asked them for refund of my money. I even attached the screenshots of consultation chat section for proof. And after whole this RAMAYAN they again asked me for consultation ID. tell me what to do now?...please take action against this fraud companies who just mint the customers hard earned money and don't provide any proper service to them. Help me to get my refund from these fraudsters. Thank you.

                        I have had the worst experiences this time and now. Your app is the worst. No updates as to what’s going on. Today almost 5 days no medicines. The customer support giving vague reasons for not dispatching the order. Your team is useless. I require medicine for My MOM. Now I want to cancel my order cancellation request no. [protected] due to delay delivery, I require this medicine on urgent basis so that order from other good site & but Still time order on your app not cancelled from your end & also said that refund will be initiate in 48 hours . netmeds already used our money from last 5 days & need 2 more day for refund

                          Hi Escalation Team,

                          Based on the promised delivery date, I ordered medicines from Netmeds for my Son's sports injury on 6th Sept 2022. From next day onwards, daily I called Customer care and requested them to deliver with high priority or I will cancel the order, but Netmeds insisted not to proceed with the cancellation they will delivery with in 24 hrs. "Every time, they assured me with in 24 hrs. your medicines will be delivered ". Today 12th September 2022. Still my medicines not been delivered. Because of this, my Son's treatment got delayed and lot of pain, frustration and unwanted arguments started with in the family. I request you to take action against the culprit Netmeds customer care executives who handled my order and misguided me in every step during the process.

                                  I have never seen this worst service before. on the next day when I talked with customer care, they responded like your money is not reflected in our account it will take 24 to 48 hours, I was like really in UPI it takes this long? n after since that day its been my routine to talk to customer care and listen to only one thing " wait 24 to 48 hours" from every customer care executive. and now after 5 days they just told me to wait 24-48 hours and then after we going to process which takes more than 7-9 days. so the main issue is they are selling medicines online n then also they are completely unprofessional. i never recommend this to someone.

                                  I already talked more than 4 times with your customer care executives and right now I don't understand what exactly going on. have you ever sent back refund money to any customer before? I think your company doesn't deserve to sell medicines online. can you able to share the exact cause for this issue?
                                  the main thing is once customer side payment got successful from that time only it all about customer problems that have done something wrong so the customer has to do all things to receive their own money ..

                                  please share those numbers as well in which nobody claims their money and u got those funds as a piece of cake ..

                                    Above order was placed by me as on 24th aug 2022.
                                    Order was split in 2 part and part 1/2 was delivered at my place. But part 2/2 is still not delivered.

                                    I was contact to customer care multiple times. I was raised my issue but not get satisfactory response.
                                    I was talking with senior executive Mr sahil Negi and other more executive like Mrs Shruti, Shivani thakur, Poonam Sharma, Shahbaz, Gautam Rajput, Piyuleena, Jagdeep Kaur, Qamar and many others executive etc all were listening me but failed to resolve the issue. Above all executive are revert me that till 1 sep 2022 u will get ur parcel between 9amnto 5pm but till time and yet I'm not get same.

                                    As well as executive, Courier partner of Netmeds Qwik courier is give fake update about my parcel. And on 2nd attamps, When i was talk with courier boys Mr Vaibhav Patil and dipesh manjare they can't revert me properly and give rubished answer instead of delivery they reverse parcel to Netmeds.

                                    So now what can I do for not delivered my essential products on time?
                                    no one resolve my issue.

                                    After that all I want justice in my case from ur side.

                                        I have returned few medicines to Netmeds and the have accepted it, it’s been more than 2 months i have not received my refund yet. Everytime the raise a new ticket and says my refund has been initiated but i have not received it yet.
                                        After so many followups the have send me a screenshot of refund initiation and even in that screenshot Everytime payment got failed and active one was in pending ( for that also its been 10 days and i have not received any amount)
                                        I have sent so many mails and i asked them if there is any glitch in your system just refund the amount in my Netmeds wallet so i can use that amount.
                                        They are not listening at all.
                                        They just send me same reply Everytime that refund has been initiated.
                                        I’m just fedup .

                                        You guys initiate the refund Everytime i email and it gets failed Everytime(still not received the refund) no one is investigating why it gets failed all the time and you just reinitiate it. What I’m asking is just don’t initiate again and again if I’m not going to get it at the last . Why don’t you refund it in my Netmeds wallet if you are not able to refund it in my account.
