With all due respect, sir, I ordered some medicine on Friday, July 29th. I checked my status and it showed that my order had declined, but at the time of ordering I made a payment of Rs. 243.01 through my simple postpaid account.

A bill has been raised from my simple postpaid account, but I am not bound to pay any amount to any third party because I have not received an order from netmeds till now. Further When a bill is raised from a Simpl Postpaid account, I pay that amount. But actually, I didn't have any liability to pay the amount since I hadn't received any orders from netmeds.

Today is August 24, and twenty-Six days have passed but no amount has been received from NetMeds. For confirmation of payment, I attached the payment receipt for both the slip where I pay to NetMeds and the amount that I pay to Simple when the bill is paid.

After so many emails to you, there are so many emails that you sent regarding cooperation, but nothing of the amount has been received till now. If you don't respond now, I will severely take police action against you and file a case in the high court for making false statements. I want you to consider the problem; otherwise, I will contact the Indian consumer within the next two days and file a complaint against you.

Please provide your customer support number and confirm with me when my problem is resolved.

So please resolve my problem and refund the amount as soon as possible.

    My order with ID[protected]A was declined by netmeds after the payment was complete. They didn't provide any reasons for its decline and haven't refunded the money either. I called the customer care they told me that it will be resolved within 48 hrs but I still haven't heard anything from them and haven't got my money refunded.

      I have order medicine to aforesaid online company by paid online on 19/08/22. But till date one deliver my order. I was contacted from 20/08/22 with customer service and they assured wait 24 hours. But as fake assurance my ordered didn't packed or shipped till date. They had not taken it seriously. I need these medicines for my treatment.

        I ordered my wife's tablets as usual on Aug 15, 2022. Eight days have passed but I only got one part of my delivery. I called the NETMEDS Executive twice, but false commitments are provided saying will be delivered in 24-48 hrs. Is any kind of fraud is happening with costomers of NETMEDS for the prepaid orders. Patients are relying on you as you have to deliver the meds on the accounted date and time. .

          I ordered medications from netmeds app and during order i did payment through UPI method, from which payment was deducted but order not placed. So i called customer care and they confirmed that order is not placed and they will initiate refund soon! But it's been over a week and I called many times to customer care but everytime they give same answer that they will initiate refund but in reality I haven't received any of my refund and when i asked about my complaint registration confirmation they told sms or email will be done by company but i didn't receive any of that. All fake commitments.

            I had ordered my diabetic medicines vide order no[protected]aso1 and for that invoice no is cshx[protected] which was delivered to me on 21.08.2022 at around 2.00pm, but of my surprize the medicines delivered is just half the ordered quantity as well as billed quantity, the payment of invoice is made in advance.
            Earlier never this type of incidence happen, is after acquiring by reliance this is the new practice to be followed to cheat the customers.

                Have ordered online medicine from netmeds.com on 5th March 2022. (netmed Head office 5th Floor, EA Chambers (Express Avenue) No 49 & 50 L, Whites Road, Royapettah, Chennai - 600014.)

                Have returned the entire set of 14 medicines as the patient got deceased in March 2022. After several complaints still they are not resolving the issue and returning the money back, this is 4 months running for a return value of Rs 4695/-

                Complain no Ticket[protected].
                Have called more than 15 times to customer care of netmeds and every time they are saying that they are escalating the issue !! Also have several mails but no resolution
                BUT STILL NO RESOLUTION FOR MORE THAN 5 MONTHS !

                  My order no.                     I ordered 3 medicines on 11th august 9:41 PM and prepaid it via paytm wallet.I have a proof of money getting debited but that order ID[protected]M)is not reflecting in netmeds website.Insted order got placed with different ID[protected]M).I contacted customer care via mail and calls.They say that they haven’t received any payment for the order[protected]M from me.Seems like there is an issue with the software.Only response I got is to wait.I am waiting for my refund since 8days .Try not to play with customers.Kindly refund my money.

                        They Send me wrong product for which I return the order and exchange it but it's been 15 days they are not giving me the exchange order nor they refunding me. When I asked for refund they said me to give it in my netmed wallet which I don't want because they don't have that product. I have to purchase from else where . And they refund me the amount to my wallet which is totally useless. I am paying 1800 for a medicine and 1800 I don't want in my wallet. They should change their policies or else quit . This is not a solution I had to suffer a lot for netmed.

                          Every time delivery boy has not delivering on time medicine.
                          Last month also i have ordered the medicine and after receiving the delivery message still Delivery boy take 3 days of time to delivered medicine.
                          And same for this month as well.
                          When i call to delivery boy they are keep saying will delivered tomorrow.
                          And when I says I will make complaint related to that he sayad registered complaint they will no do anything.

                          As i am your regular customer. So i am writing complaint.
                          And this might facing many customers.

                              I have raised many compliants regarding the concern I have raised, i have contacted customer service many times and all the time they have disconnected my call since they don't have guts to face me, i have requested for a manager call back its nearly a month i am still awaiting for call from their manager, just getting auto generated emails for the mail i have sent but nothing have done yet.                                   I have received damaged product on August 13, 2022 against Order Id[protected]ASO1 . After raising my issue with their customer support service they issued ticket no. [protected] .
                                  Whenever i contact them they say 'we have forwarded your issue to the concerned team'.

                                    As i have ordered one medicine namely gebaneuron nt. But due to their fraud they removed it from list after full payment. I have paid 2413 rs and through upi payment. But not it showing 2188 rs i have paid. They modified online details of the order. It is a big scam i have the bank statement and screenshot of the order as well.
