Pathetic service. Being following up with your team since 6 months regarding the warranty certificate through Customer Service and emails and no response. Sick and tired of following it up. Customer service is so irritating they don't know the process. Every time they say they have forwarded to the concerned team. What team is that they need 6 months to respond.
Escalated everywhere and there is no response. We have paid Rs. 9, 00, 000/- and there is no invoice being provided. How can they be so lathergic and not responding and looting Money. I would recommend people not to go with Nippon. Was this information helpful? |
