Hi Team,
I am a register NPS subscriber and have been using my account without any issue since 2 years. However, now when I am trying to login using my PRAN, I get the error as Invalid PRAN. I am using the correct PRAN number which is the same number present on the monthly statement sent to me by [protected]@kfintech.com. I use the same number to unlock my pdf document attached to the mail.
The same error is coming in website, mobile app and also on the IVRS toll free number. I am unable to register grievance either in the website or through the Phone.
My PRAN is[protected]
Please help asap.
