I placed an order with nyka[protected], firstly you sent me three mails with separate product dispatches and when i tracked them one of them was untrackable.I had to call up the customer care and inform it was untrackable and then you did the courtesy of looking and finding out that it wasnt dispatched there was error.Ok fine.Then when i open the ticket once again saying its still not dispatched someone (I know the name) talks to me as if its entirely my fault that the order was not dispatched, let me very clear people will not sit and track orders to find and follow up whether something is left in warehouse and theres a mistake in your processing.A customer has a job too, so whenever you make answer a call atleast be sorry that it was a mistake on your side.If i had not tarcked and followed up my order would have never been looked up.Is it your customers duty to look up and find out what happened to the order when you have already sent a email mentioning it is shipped????/?
