I had received the lot of my products on 4th january out of which few products were used and hence i had requested to return two items. The request was raised on nykaa application and through mail as well but i have not received any information regarding the pick up. The delivery person has been putting wrong updates that they tried contacting me or i was not available for which i spoke to nykaa customer care also but no relevant action was taken. First of all they don’t give you any prior notice or message about which the delivery person will come and they expect that i should stay 24 hrs at my house for 5 continuous days waiting for them. Secondly none of the nykaa executives are ready to take action or complaints against the delivery agency.
If they cannot take the complaint against this wrong info that the delivery person is updating i will have no other option than taking a very strong action against the company. Was this information helpful? |
