I'm a regular customer of nykaa.but this time I have got wrong product received 😡.i have ordered one nyx brow cake powder(black/grey)rps600. Instead of that I got nyx butter lipstick.i can keep that lipstick but the color is insanely worst.kindly send me my ordered product..

Nykaa sucks. Its been two months since I ordered and paid online for few products which never got delivered to me and also refund has not been processed yet. No proper response from customer care.
Don't ever buy from Nykaa, if at all you do then make sure you do not pay cash online and always order with COD option.
