I recently ordered two products from nykaa.. the payment method was Cod so i gave the delivery person the money for both the procudts but when i opened my pak age i just received one!! I wrote back to their customer care team twice but did not recieve any reply!! I am soo dissappointed and furious!! I am never ever recommending this site to anyone!

Items are missing from my parcel. I have called the cc several times but no response. Please check your email and kindly solve the issue.

I ordered three products worth Rs.550 two face wash and 1 cream . when I opened the box, I got 1 face wash and 1 cream .Very very disappointed with nykaa... look into my matter and solve the issue at the earliest.
