Nykaa.com — missing products

Hi,

For my order number:[protected]. I have received missing products. Inspite of several calls and mails i have not received any information. The response i get is please wait for 24 hrs to 48 hrs. Its been 2 weeks for this. Now they are not responding to my mails and calls. The missing products are inglot hd i need refund for my products.

This has happened several times either they send expiry date products or amount is collected and products are not delivered. I want my money back for the missing products.
