Hi,
I placed an order with Nykaa(Order Number NYK[protected] on 4th February for 13 products & paid them 3809 Rs in total. They delivered 3 products on 6th Feb and out of which 1 product(Dove body wash) is not part of my order. I have not received 11 products from my order for which the total cost is Rs.3521. I kept raising tickets with them asking for a refund of Rs.3521 or deliver the remaining products but they rejected my refund twice and closed my ticket[protected] saying all the products are delivered.
I have provided a solid proof with photos of what they delivered and its so obvious that Dove body wash was not part of my order but its in box. They are cheating me by not answering on How Dove body wash came into my box when I called but for eye wash raised one more return request and next day rejected it. I want to take this to any extent to get the refund from them for their cheating attitude.
I am attaching all the photos and screenshots of the ticket I had raised with them.
Pls help me in getting my refund of Rs.3521 from Nykaa for not delivering my products. My registered email id with Nykaa is [protected]@gmail.com.
