I am a regular at nykaa and this was not the 1st time i orderd from them. I placed an order on the 11th of oct with nykaa for 10items costing rs 6644/- which i paid through my debit card. I generally receive the products within 4-5 working days. I received 1 product out of the 10products within 4days and was expecting the others to arrive back and for the. When i di not receive t eh orders until the 10th day of ordering, i picked up the phone and contacted nykaa, they assured me that the same will be delivered to me within 24-48hrs. I patiently waited for another 4days. Everytime i contacted them, they told me the same thing. I would also receive messages stating that my order will be delivered within 24-48rs but i never received the same. Overt the next 21days, i have made endless calls to nykaa asking as to where my order is upon which they kept telling me that it will be delivered. By now i sensed something fishy already. On 31st october i contacted them asking for an update on my order. They again reassured me that i will receive my order but i was adamant that if i did not receive my order that very day, i will contact the consumer forum and file a police complaint. Within 2hrs of having the conversation with nykaa, i received an automated message stating that my order has been delievered. To my luck, i was at home that day as dit was my weekly off from work. I immediately, within 2mins of getting the message contacted nykaa informing them that i have not received anything from nykaa to which i was told that i will get the same and that sometimes it shows delivered nut i t is still out for delivery, which sounded ridiculous in the first place. Now that i had lost all my trust in nykaa, i took it in my hands to contact the delievery partner, whose details i fetched from google as they were not provided to me by nykaa. The delivery partner informed me that my parcel had been damaged in transit and that i have to write in to nykaa for the same. Ever since, i have been calling my lungs out and writing mails franctically to nykaa for the same. Nykaa claims on the phone that they are investigating they matter and that i will get my delivery whereas on mail i have been told that my parcel has been delivered. I am so worried as it is my hard earned money but i will not let them scam me like this. I request you to please help me. I have all the necessary call recordings to prove the same.
