I had placed an order on 5 the Dec by changing the existing address in Nykaa app but the order is created on my old address and twice had been called to Nykaa customer care and requested to change the address
Till today I haven't received my product. And I have sent many mails to customer care through app another got any response. Nykaa customer support is very worst.
