Nykaa.com — received unsealed product

I ordered innisfree smart foundation dust block21 (15ml) as part of my order #[protected] on august 7th
The product was delivered to me today when i saw the product it was unsealed and looked used
I want it to be replaced
I have never had a bad experience with nykaa
But this time i'm totally disappointed
I raised a request for replacement of the product in the return/replacement section of nykaa.com but i haven't received any email/message regarding the matter
