Nykaa.com — Refund complaint

I have returned my parcel from 29 February and I have not received my refund amount in my bank. I tried to contact the customer care service but no response till now. In the nykaa app it says that my refund was successful but I have not received the money yet. I want to file a complaint to receive my refund money back.
