Hello sir,

I want you to inform you that, i have ordered 5 items on 1st november 2018 (Order number[protected] and paid rs 2029 through internet banking, but after sometimes i cancelled a part of order named rica wax for sensitive skin but again i reorder the same perticular product (Rica wax for sensitive skin) which was paid through cash on delivery. So the previous 4 order items (Order no[protected] has already delivered excluding the cancelled item,. But i still didn't get my refund yet. The refund amount-₹985. And despite of several complaint they only told me to wait 3 and 2 more days where the refund initiated on 2nov 2018.

So i want my refund back, please kindly take immediate step to get my money back

So I want my refund back, please kindly take immediate step to get my money back
