I ordered a foundation of the brand The body shop and received the delivery fee days Back.
Even though the expiry date on the bottle shows November 2024, the product looked completely spoilt. It is either a fake or used product or was not stored properly.
On raising a request to return they first sent an email stating the information I provided was incomplete. I shared details again and even images where its visible that the foundation looks curdled and spoilt.
Later I received an email stating my return request has been raised.
Post that the next day I see on the Nykaa app that return has been rejected.
On checking with customer care executive on vhat they now informed that my address is not serviceable so I will have to courier the product yo them and then share receipts with them and then in return they will share coupon s
I have never ever seen this kind of pathetic resolution by any e commerce website
I refused to do that as its not my fault that they delivered spoilt product so I will not spend money to or take responsibility to courier it back.
They say I will have to or else they are unable to give me a solution
