I have ordered some products from nykaa 0n 23rd and 24th oct. After 3 days i received a msg that your order is out for delivery and i was quite excited to get my products as i ordered something around 8800 rupees in two orders and that was my first order on nykaa. But in the evening again i got a msg that your order could be deliver today due to address not found & phone not picked. How it can possible that address is not found. Every site like amazon, myntra deliver my order on time without any address issue. Even i didn't get any call from logistic agaent. Then i called to nykaa's customer care around 5 times in a day and every time they were saying mam, we are forwarding your request on high priority and our logistic partner will re-attempt for your order. But there is no update from anybody. This is my last order on nykaa, i can't loose my patience on such online site which are not able to deliver products on time.
