I got the product
As soon i plugged it in to the socket it burnt and i panicked, because it could have burnt my face that could have costed me my job and, it was life threatening.
And when i complaint to a nyka representative, she said they will look into the matter and get it refunded.
I waited for 3-5 working days, but no one came to pick the defected product.
I called them on the 6th working day, they said that the product will be picked up within 3-4 days. When insisted on getting the refund within 2 days they agreed.
Here all i asked was to keep in loop so that i know what is going on.
But no one did.
Which agitated me more.
It was not just once i called them and they were just telling me that they understand, and nobody initiated the refund, not even feeling sorry for this.
On daily basis i have to call them and spending like an hour, they are always repeating the same thing givibg me the deadline that it would be done, but nothing worked, i told them that i will lodge a complaint, and after speaking to various managers they said that they can't do anything.
Now here i request somebody to take some serious action because i am a cabin attendant, face is something with which i earn.
I have my family to take care of, please understand, everyone would've been affected. Also it was a harrasment as no one cared to atleast follow up with me.. When such a tragic issue happened.
With this i hope that somebody will help me, get me my compensation and take necessary action against nykaa.
