Nykaa — product delivered but the product was not received

Nykaa team says that the product was delivered but no one has received the product.
I have 2 addresses, one is my previous address and no one stays there currently.
I selected that address and when i realized it's the wrong address i couldn't cancel it. I thought the delivery will fail. But now nykaa says they have delivered it and won't consider any request further.
