I have recharged ola money by Rs 1000/- on 08 Dec 2016 applying promo code EXTRA25 as offered by ola company for 25% additional cashback (upto Rs 250). The code "Extra25" was accepted too. Transaction ID ola-logo C8X6-YALX-RFPM. But the same additional amount has not been credited on my account.

May I request you to initiate actions to credit the additional amount at the earliest.

    . I'm ola customer.. Today i have started to add money in ola money..in that why my adding my money was debited from my kvb account 300rs/- but it that money was not added in ola money... Please refund my money.. I never ever expected from ola.. Im a regular customer but as this issue came.. Really my interest for ola was gone... If you people want me as a regular customer then as soon as possible refund my money.. I have mailed you but there is only one response.. So please refund my money

      2 days back I have tried to transfor my 300/-rs money from KVB Account to OLA Money but it was failed and My money 300/- was debited but that money was not added in Ola Money.. I contacted with Ola customer services they said your transaction was failed and we haven't received your money so u just contact with your bank people.. KVB Bank account, Im mainting this account from past 9months, I dont have any prblm with this account but recently my money deibted for Ola Money but that money not added in Ola Money.. So please refund my money as soon as possible.. I'm waiting for your response.

      Yesterday on 8th of december, i recharged my phone number from ola money but till now the payment hasnt been made to the cellular operator. As the ola company is claiming that we refund the same amount of money within 24 hours but that has not happened yet. Kindly refund the same amount as my last date for payment is due on 10th december, 2016
      Hi, I added Rs.1999/- yesterday to Ola money using my ICICI bank debit card; while the amount got debited from my account it was not added into the ola money; again I tried to add Rs.499/- from my ICiCI bank debit card to Ola money account today, amount got debited from my bank account but was not added into my Ola account

        Hi,
        I paid for a ola ride and paid using ola money. the coupon was applied for the ride but the driver refused to come and I had to cancel the ride. ola charged me 50 for cancellation, but refunded it promptly.
        the second driver came but ola chrarged me peak charges at 0730 in the morning on a Saturday. I was to get some 100 rs cashback for the first two ride. I presume ola is compensating for this 100 rs cashback by ensuring that the ride always with peak charges. how can you have peak time at 730 in the morning and that too on a Saturday!! double whamy: ola never credited the 100 rs back saying that the code "cashless" was not applied. so in effect I ended up paying peak charges and dint even get the rs 100 cashback. feel swindled now. I might as well use paytm.

            I have recharged around 599 Rupees today and i am not able to access my account it says create an account but i already added amount and i don't know what account that was because i had access my account via my iphone.
            Now when i am trying to access my account its says register an account.

            Please refund me otherwise i will file a case in fast track court & going to spread this news in news channel.

            I am a website developer and i know how to take this company down. I will register a domain name right away and make a website on it.

            I am trying to call support but noone is answering a call. I am surprise to see that 70 complaint already registered & how this company making a fool to user.

            But i am not a fool because i know my rights well and it will gonna take me just a few month to take get a compensation from this company.

              This company is a fraud. Twice it has happened that I have tried to recharge my Ola Money wallet and the money gets deducted but it doesn't refelct in the wallet balance. It insanely hard to get in touch with customer support people here. Even if you do manage to get in touch with one, they assure you, but in the end you never get to see the money being refunded. There have been so many cases of emergency wherein their services have been of no use to me, on top of that I end up loosing my money. If nothing is done here soon, I am definitely reaching out to the law. *uck you OLA MONEY

                On 31st. October I had travelled from Santacruz to Thane and returned. Both in Ola cab.
                CRN[protected] was the number on your receipt for RS. 645 trip to thane.
                CRN[protected] was the number on your receipt for RS. 593 for the return Journey.
                I had enough of money in my Ola account and the above amounts were deducted from it accordingly

                Yet I had to make cash payments also as both the drivers said that there was no mention of Ola Moneny in their mobile. I wonder how such mistake happened and why I was punished.Pl. look into the matter and arrange to put those moneny I my Wallet.I am a simple house wife and do not know much about this system.I feel cash transaction is the only way I should go in for.

I even tried to call this Account number ([protected]); however I get the message that this number is not working.

                  Today I booked an ola mini and travelled for around 21 km. The booking number is CRN[protected] . While I booked the cab it showed estimated fare of 400 but it charged 976 rupees. It is too high for a travel of just 21 kms. I felt cheated, please take care of the issue and refund the extra amount.

                    I made a recharge of 1999 using hdfc netbanking, which did not reflect in ola money ever. Checked with zip cash and hdfc, transaction was successful with payuanitechnolgies.. But neither ola money is recharged nor i got the refund. Tired of following up.. Can someone tell me what i need to do other than not using ola money ever again in my life

                      I travelled on ola cab on 24th Oct 16 at 6.30 morning to home to new delhi railway stnThe driver Desh Raj informed that he did not have cash. Needed cash for toll. I ageed on completion of ride made the Rs 409. Later after three minutes got message that its also deducted from wallet. Their was no system with which i can withdraw back.

                      My experience is very bad, unconfortable and felt cheated using ola money.

                        I have taken a ride in Ola cab on October 7th from Panathur Bangalore to Bangalore Airport, which costs around 1100 INR. I had 2000 INR in my Ola money account. The driver asked me to pay cash so I payed him the amount in cash. I observed later that same amount has been deducted from my Ola money account without any notification. When I raised a complaint they admitted that there has been double payment, but to my surprise they told me that they can't refund in this case. I usually don't use app cabs but in this case I feel like being robbed.

                        Happened to me too yesterday. They even refused to talk to driver to re-imburse the money. Ola is a bunch of cheaters, such apathy for customers .

                          A company that has big ambitions like ola should always keep customers first. This attitude will only result no repeat customers. I am never going use ola money especially since there are other options in the market.

I asked ola customare care person. they told If you give confirmation mail from airtel about this issue. we will refund. After i sent airtel unsuccessful confirmation to ola, they do not give refund. They telling again and again. we have successful message for recharge. They cheating me.

                                My request id was 125906, i have complaint regarding the ola money, i discussed with your customer care guy but in vain, it still showing ola money disocunt on the page of bookmyshow, when the dates are finished why is it being showed still on thefront page of tickets booking of bookmyshow, why are you cheating public by false notification of discounts, no where in conditions its being showed so and so date, i have send complete proof of it too, if you guy really wanna make money dont cheat make it in fair way... god bless you

By mistake i have done recharge of wrong number for Rs 225 and i want its recharge back because i didn't get my money benefit. So i humbly request ola money to see in matter a give me my money back if you can't provide better service to your customer than you should shut down your company and have a shame on yourself and on your team for such a poor and miserable experience with ola money.                                         Yes, PLEASE BEWARE OF THE OLA MONEY !!
                                        Firstly, there is no notification/sms of debit/credit.
                                        Secondly, automatically money will be deducted, user does not have choice or does not get intimation.

                                        It happened to me, I had taken OLA cab and paid driver in cash as usual and when I checked one fine day, OLA money app, I saw balance was reduced, so I actuall yended up paying double via cash as well as OLA money.

                                        When i contacted OLA, they says its too late.

                                        STAY AWAY FROM OLA MONEY!!
                                        Ola Money customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
