My name is vinod jain i used your ola money application for order the pizza from dominos on saturday 6 may 2017. And the amount is deducted from my ola money wallet and the order didn't placed and i also drop the mail but i didn't get any revert from your side. So please give me the reason for this issue and why i didn't get my refund 474/-. If i do not get my money back so i will take legal action (Consumer form)

I recharged my ola money account on 23rd april with inr 5000. When i tried to transfer that money to any different ola money or bank account i was showing that my transferable amount is 0 rs. I raised a complaint about the same to ola money customer care they said that it will resolved within 24 hours. However it didn't. I have uploaded money on 2nd May 599/-+ earlier balance was there around 198.. Today my balance came low. When I checked it is showing purchase of ola share pass 179 rs. on 2nd May. I have already purchased a week before and make no sense. I even not received any confirmation message of the purchase no email. Money is wrongly deducted. How can Ola deduct money automatically. Its wrong. Kindly refund my money...

I have booked a ola auto from my mobile app ([protected]) on 24.04.2017 at 03.47pm reference no is krn[protected] from ranjit avenue, putlighar, amritsar. Driver charged rs. 40/- n i paid cash to him. Same day rs 220/- deducted from my ola money account for same ride. Now you are requested to refund my money back and credited in my ola money account at the earlist....

I had done recharge of my ola account from debit card (Tjsb bank) on "20 april 2017". The amount got debited from my account but it was not credited to my ola account.

I did not get any kind of refund or any refund notice.

Waste of having ola auto service. Rather they do not provide this for the sake of providing.

Firstly the drivers charge extra and if we question them they say cant you spare extra 5 or 10rs???!!??
Secondly my travel to the destination is only 4.1 km, but driver told me it will be as per meter rate plus 10rs extra. At destination, the kms was 5.5kms and upon questionin him he said no one ever questioned him like this...

I m a Jio user. Two days before I had done a recharge of 303 rupees by using Jio money app through my debit card, unfortunately my payment was FAILED but my money deducted from account.After that I tried once more time and the payment was successful.But I again charged 303 rupees that means total 606 rupees for a single recharge plan. With reference to ticket no-355228. Regarding the ola claim that Ola money of 2624 has been credited into my source account on March 23, but as on date i am yet to receive the said amount in my source account and i have talked to the customer team support for at least 4 times from the said transfer date and yet to receive an proper response. This is the kind of service they are giving and everytime i call them they give me some other options...

I have tried to book a rail ticket on IRCTC site through payment mode as Ola money on 02/04/2017. My ola money account mobile no. is [protected], debited by Rs. 175/- but ticket not booked through IRCTC. Transaction no. CY2H-3WAA-GHIM dated 02/04/2017. Refund still awaited from ola money to my account.

On trying to transferring the money to contacts or send it to bank it says the account has been disabled to transfer money. I am not able to transfer the money i have in the wallet. Why add the money when the account is disabled for transferring money. that's the whole point of mobile wallets. isn't it? i need to send that amount. Resolve the issue at its earliest....

Just like any other Bangaloreans I meet, I hate getting into Ola cab as well as I never had any good experience with them. So do anyone in Bangalore for sure. tickets are created and closed for no reason, this is rather poor. What kind of service is this?

The Ride i took on[protected] ola charged me with Rs 131 which got deducted from my ola money account and even i paid same amount in cash to driver because he asked for the same he told me that the notification which he got from his end was cash payment from me.

Please look into this matter as i paid cash to the driver and also money was deducted from my account....

I had booked Ola share cab on 16.02, 17 and 17.02.17 but the money was not deducted from Ola money account due to Server problem with Ola as well as strike of operators in Delhi. I had paid cash of Rs.40 on 16.02.17 and Rs.40 on 17.02.17 to the Cab driver. The amount was later deducted from my Ola account after a few days.
