Osmania University — convocation certificate delay in deliveries/post.

I am Mohammad Anwar Shareef, I applied for MBA convocation certificate before 2 months I think 2-dec-2018 in normal mode and paid 400.And supposed to receive certificate in 25 to 30 days business days, today is Feb 4 2019 and still didn't receive and there is no communication from cause of delay I tried calling OU but no response. I need to apply visa and I need certificate urgently from osmania university.
So kindly request, please post my convocation certificate.
