Osmania University — Regarding delay to issue Convocation Certificate

Hi Team,

I applied for my Convocation Certificate on 23-Nov-2024 on urgent basis(within 10 working days) for BCA. so according to the rules i have to get my convovation certificate within the duaration time but i didn't receive it yet and i visited university for this and the person who is incharge of it is responding me to come after two days or three after going their on the day he asked me to come he again ask me to come on another day and yet my certificate is not ready yet and i need it on urgent basis. I have paid 2012 Rupees for it and theextra charges are taken for urgent basis work but i am not getting the same services in the duaration then what is the use of paying extra for it. Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis
