Refund related pancard

I have been continously trying you the contact no.they have provided on their site but none gets connected.
They seem mare fraud, Kindly refund my amount for the Pan card application.

Duplicate PAN Card Issue

Address: PANIND Services Unit No. 5, Site 4, Vikaspuri, New Delhi-110018 India

I have duplicate Pan last month but this people every time asking new document . i did not face issue when i was make the pan card. so kindly retrun my document and fees .

Also number which given in contact s it not connecting with customer care so please provide the valuable service to customer dont waste the time.

Document provided:
Aadhar card/PAN Card/DL
Still they need more information ....

Refund and cancellation and not satisfied

There are so much formalities to do and extra charges to be paid for courier . I am not satisfied so i want to cancel my pan request and plz refund...

Hloo sir I have already send my PAN application for correction in name and also it has reached your PANIND OFFICE but while tracking the pan it still show not yet reached

See sir it is already reached to your office by
