My account was blocked due to suspected fraudulent activity, but I cannot determine what the suspicions were. All my transactions were limited to the standard functions of the service, such as deposits, bets and withdrawals. If my actions aroused suspicions, it may indicate problems in the Parimatch system and not my bad faith. Blocking of the account without a clear explanation causes dissatisfaction and makes it difficult to use the bookmaker's services normally. I hope that this situation will be considered carefully and I will receive a detailed explanation of what happened, as well as the opportunity to restore access to my account. I just used the functionality of the service!

After I wrote a complaint to Parimatch support, providing all the details of my account and transactions, a few days passed and I finally received a reply. Support apologized for the situation and said that the blocking was caused by a technical error in the security system. They unblocked my account and provided a detailed explanation of the situation. The support representative apologized for any inconvenience and assured me that they are taking measures to prevent similar failures in the future.

    I recommend everyone who is facing similar problems to contact support to resolve the situation. They promised to resolve the issue. As a result, within a short time, my problems were fixed and the errors stopped appearing. For how long, I am not sure.

      I had a large amount of money on my account and had no problems with withdrawal before. This time something went wrong and there were difficulties with making the withdrawal.       I wrote to support. Never replied, but the money came. I don't think they helped and didn't write back. Waiting a few days for the money to arrive on the card is not very pleasant.

          It would be great if the bookmaker would take a closer look and improve the money process, making it faster and more efficient.             Parimatch, I never received these funds to my account. Despite the fact that the amount is not large, I do not want to lose money just by transferring. Parimatch, please return my money!               I have made a deposit of Rs 10000 INR in my account with Parimatch registered with the following email address: [protected]@gmail.com. Afters depositing the amount, I get a bonus of 15000 INR to my account which I was unable to wager on any game as they said I could redeem it in some selected casino playing game but I was not interested. I requested them to cancel the bonus and refund my deposit, but they initially refused and told me to wait 30 days to get it credited. After 30 days, I noticed that only 2500 INR had been credited and 7500 had been deducted. They said that since the bonus had not been used, this is the charged amount. I have already spoken to customer care, and they agreed to refund me, but still no resolution. I am very frustrated and do not want to interact with them anymore.                   I have been trying to make a withdrawal on Parimatch for over a month and it is always rejected. I contacted support numerous times, but they didn't help me at all. Now my account has been blocked and they are demanding that I send them another R$501 so that I can then withdraw my R$1190, which is complete nonsense.

                        After a few days of no response and several negative reviews, I saw that I had been written to by Parimatch themselves. I sent a reply to the message where I described my problem in detail. To my surprise, after a few hours I received a reply and the company staff requested additional data to solve the problem. Soon the money was returned to my account. It turned out that I had not entered my details correctly

                            I managed to increase my deposit 4 times after successful bets and when I decided to withdraw the money, I encountered a delay. I realise that such processes can take some time. Only the wait is already too long, but I hope the problem will be resolved and I will get my winnings in the near future.                               Problems with the display of some elements on the Parimatch site hinder comfortable use, and even after attempts to clear the cache the problem is not solved. Considering the status of Parimatch as a global company, I expected a smoother and more intuitive work on the site.

                                Finally, after a long communication with support, the money came. I received the full amount and that's awesome. Although was a bit disappointed by the uncertainty in communication with support, now I am sure that my funds are safe and they don't want to cheat.                                     For the last four days I have not received any funds on my account. I assume that the lack of receipts to the card is due to the delays mentioned by the support team for the last day. Given the large number of comments about withdrawal problems I thought Parimatch had fixed all the bugs. Even though the last deposit was small, losing money is already too serious an issue
