During the membership process, they promised to provide a complete 6N/7D international package for 2 adults and 2 children (below the age of 12 years). I have been trying to make a booking and everytime I ask for a booking I am told that the inventory is completely sold.

When I highlighted that it is a common pattern at their end and I will file a complaint this is the exact response I got from the reservations department.

I had placed a request on 1st January 2024 to book a hotel for 16th February 2024 but Park Royal Holidays did not provide me any booking on those days. They didn't book me any resorts on my dates. He refused to give the resort for two-three days. They said that if you change the date then we will give you the resort for three-four days. While taking the membership, the provided brochure had a lot of 5-star Hotels listed but while making the reservations, those locations were missing or the Hotels are non tied up now., ...

THE COMPANY boasts of giving stays in 4-5 star hotels and resorts. but they have very low places. worst part is they dont listen once you pay. and are least bothered about wasting their customers holidays with such waste hotels.
