Fraudulent services by park royal holidays

Complaining on behalf of a fellow friend, who made the booking.
We booked through park royal holidays as they were offering good packages. They took advance of INR50, 000. We asked to book for a future date and were given excuses to pick another date for booking. Paid amount however not getting the booking

Worst Experience! Guys don't waste your money with them they will make big big promises but when you will proceed for bookin they will say you have to make booking atleast 20 days before your planned date and when you will give them 20 days they will say hotel lists are not yet open they will open 5-7 days prior to your booking date and once that date will come they will blame you for one or other reason.
