Package is will get 4-5* property I will get with breakfast and Dinner.

Till now I have requested many time but they never full fill my request.

If I request for 5 nights they provide 1 or 2 nights that is also with 3* or lover property also without dinner.br...

I got 20 night but I not used any night till today
Now When I want to book goa for 6 night they say that only 2 night we can give
I three times mail ago but that time they said that you have book before 45 days
Always they try to cancel your trip u can't arrange at your convenient time...

Regarding booking of hotels in havelock and neil island

The company is providing fraud informations and they are not booking the hotels at havelock and neil island and denying to book the hotels by saying that we are not having any tie ups with the hotels in havelock and neil islands.

Sir when we have taken the membership they tols us that they will provide in all india but now they are denying for that.

Kindly book the hotels that date we have provided...

I am member of the group but they not giving hotel booking

When the membership was given, they was told that we will book the holiday plan anytime but when I asked for booking for 3 nights on 2nd October, no response was given and they said that the property is not available yet. Now again I mailed for booking for 8th dec, same reply, these people do not give any booking, only when I had given membership, they gave me hotel to show for one night and now they are not giving any booking. No one talks....

Do not respond for bookings

They took 42500 for 3 years membership but they do not provide rooms either they provide in some other nearby city and for only 1/2 no of days and this time they are not at all responding . This company is a fraud do not take their membership. . Better book from MMT or take any reputed company membership if you want peace of mind. Plz request all o[censored], do not take membership from park royal holydays, the did not provide u any hotels which date u want.
The give only off seasons dates or very far form destination. Or non star hotels, or try to give u forcefully rather then 4 or 5 star. Commitment backfist or dinner but provide only one one things. I[censored] want 3 days they give u 2 days, so one day u take another hotels with own cost. Customer care did not pick phone...

3months advance booking still not providing room

I have taken 3 years holiday package, before taking package whether they will provide room on new year weekend, i have sent booking details just after taking package in september, as per company policy you have inform atleast 45days earlier for peak season. Intially i have recieved mail you have to have pay 2500rs per night per person for gala dinner, my package already includes dinner still they want me to pay to 5000 per night for dinner....

Plz don't buy these packages. They make fool. They are not giving any proper response to the customers. While taking membership they make very big promises about holidays and bookings but after that when we go for bookings or we mail to the reservation desk they Don’t give any replies to your booking.
Name of sales women khushali, she promised many big things but she don't pick up the fn.
