They offer 10 nights and in envelop I get 1 night
No one pick up call I have 3 to 4 numbers but no one answering
This looks clear scam to people like me who don't know about this

Royal park holiday making fools of people and it's looking like to be a big scam of tourism industry . I'm going to lodge a compliant in all department related to tourism industry like consumer forum and Gujrat tourism . Customer support team very rudely and not satisfying response from there end. At the time of booking lot of commitment from there side but at the time of delivery they failed . Don't buy any membership from them .

After several attempts of booking for 5 nights the company does not respond.once you buy membership you don't even know which hotels and dates can be reserved.Even if you tell the company to book even three months advance they don't respond.If you call them they say they don't know about reservations and say it's a different department.If ask number of reservation department they don't have it.None of the members have...

They called me to sell a holiday membership and offered 4-star hotels for 3 years. When I was paying, I asked if they dealt with specific hotels, and they said yes. So, I took the membership. However, when I requested a booking almost 2 months in advance, they said that the hotel inventory would only open 3 weeks before my stay. I was sold a 3 year membership in 2022. I have been chasing to get a booking since October 2022 and till date (i.e. March 2023) I have not been given any booking. The customer care is pathetic and reservation team is very rude. There is no way to talk to any senior or anyone in reservation department. And my membership term is 3 years. They only provide me only 1 holiday of 3 nights at the time of buying the membership. Saurav sukla (sales person) has done fraudulent transaction of 49500 rs from my credit card in the event they have arranged. I want my money back.
Initially they told me that they are trying to check best possible offer from my card, and did the transaction without my consent....
