Mene inko 81k diya he aur June month se wait kar raha hun. Fir b koi mail nhi aaya muje. Mene 3 month pehle booking request Kiya tha.
Ye sab cheater hhe. Me police me complain karne wala hun.
Aur government me bhi complain karne wala hun
Inse kabhi koi membership mat lena. Aapke sath fraud hua to complaint krdo...

Guys beware of this company..when they offer you membership they will offer all big things..stay in 4 star properties..people get trapped by their lucrative offers, I mean it looks good deal if I get 18 nights in 50k who will not take this offer?

They didnt even provide membership card.
They took 60k from me and made me wait for two months. They promised me for booking of 6 nights. I mailed two months ago and now told they can't give me due to inventory. They just take the money then show us company policy and rules. At the time of selling membership they make fake promises.
I am moving on legally now.

These guys are cheaters. I am going to logde a complaint against them. Company sales employee Saurav Shukla and Salman Sheikh cheated me by fake promises. Company made me wait for two months and did not give me the booking. I am moving on legally against company and employees both....

They are such a fraud after giving me 1 booking with soo many issues now they deny to give me 2 rooms for my family and they deny to give me room options then why they ask for 45 days prior booking request they are completely fraud I want to file a complaint against them they are completely fraud pleas avoid them...

I took the membership in Mar-2023. When I tried to do booking for 1st time I got the reply stating it's a vacation time and all rooms are booked and asked me to book after July. So I dropped a mail in April 1st week for the July mid. I got the reply stating that booking will be confirmed by May end. After sub-sequent follow up in the month of Jun, on Jun 5 I got a reply stating that all rooms are booked and have asked me to book rooms after...

Park royal holidays Ahmedabad is a fraud company . It makes fool to the customers after taking membership . They always give you excuse not booking when you call or mail for the booking .it's a fraud company and I am going to lodge a complaint to Gujarat Government, tourism ministry, ministry of coy affairs and other departments....

This is company first invite you for presentation in hotel and offer for free dinner. After getting membership, all committeemen / agreement/ policy breach easily.
please do not go for membership.
All their executives left the job immediately who present at the time of purchase of membership.
Don't obey for continue membership please please demand to refund your money....

Dear Team,

Don't make time waste of customers, please update proper details in call. Please trained your staff how to speak with customers.

In invitation please provide complaint details also, if any have to complaint then he or she complaint to you regarding this stupid meeting and invitation....

We have membership since 2021 and have never been able to successfuly book a stay. They have never tried to get in touch or revert back with a positive answer. All they ask is to change your vacation date. I never seen a travel agency that asks you to take vacation when they want. Have tried contacting them several times but didn't work out. Going to lodge a complaint soon....

Whatever we do
Going to Goa gives 1 day if you book 4 day
Not giving an answer properly
After the booking is done, you will get a 1day hotel
Even if it was said 109 days ago
The policy has 45 days before
No reply from him
I want the money back!

Park Royal Holidays is Fraud company
They're not yet giving me holidays since last 2 yrs.
Every time they are giving me different reasons when I asked for booking before 45 days.
