I have the membership of park royal holidays membership no 11756 with booking amount of Rs 100000/-.as per policy document they are bound to give complimentary trip to coorg.i booked before 6 month, still today I didn't receive my flight ticket....

These company is cheated to many customers.
Many innocent peoples are involved in it.
Their staff is not given proper reply.many times i went to sg highway office WESTAGATE bay many times.but they are not giving me refund.
So now i will file a case against them.under section defamation and fraud in police station against company staff and owner with name devyanshi Damor,...

***BEWARE*** ***FRAUD COMPANY*
Don't know where to start from..? Sharing my I'd 11057. Good reviews here are fake and paid ones. Company owner is Prince Mehta and some Hansa Ben and operated from Gujrat.
On the basis of good fake reviews, innocent customers get trapped by these fraudsters. They will never give you booking confirmation even if you intimate them 45 days in advance as per their condition. Excuses will be black...

The company is a huge scam...they wont give you the bookings or listen to you once you buy their membership.. The procedure to book rooms is so hazardous…. The agent or salesman who convinced you
to buy the membership will say sir mera kaam to
membership sale katna tha, aap booking ke liye letter main diye reservation number pe call karein if you have any issue...when you call on provided...

I bought membership of park royal holidays and paid 35000 for the same, after 1 month i asked for booking hotels in two different location for 2 nights 60 days advance. They are not even providing any options of hotels only asking to send mails and mails no one is ready to talk on phone call only u can send mail and wait for their mail that we dont have hotel at particular dated....

I have already mailed to park royal holidays for charge back credit reference number but they still not provide the charge back credit in my credit card account
My bank is asking for charge back credit reference number but still i have not received chargeback credit in my creditcard account.so request for do the needful...

They are providing free dinner in some hotel in Ahmedabad area and giving special offer for the day. Which is fake. I have wasted 40000 Rs on 19th Jan 2023. Please contact me [protected] if you get a call from them for the free dinner in Gujarat. Pls don't go for these offers since this is totally fake and nothing is going to happen from next day of booking. They will not pick up the calls at all......

Purchased membership from them!! After sales service is so poor!! Response is non existent!! Calling them is so cumbersome!! Noone is accountable!! Promised 4/5 star properties.. giving cheapest dirty filthy worst properties of any city after month long painful follow up!! Refund my membership fees as you are unable to provide services as committed!! Also should be charged for fraud!!...

I took membership worth 40, 000 and paid that too. I was supposed to receive registration details but until now no action has been taken. Neither are they replying on email nor are they responding to any phone, msgs or whatsapp. Clearly this is a fraud company running online scams...

We purchased the membership for three years worth 54000 on Aug 11, 2022. but the company is not providing us any type of service. They dont reply to our emails on their official email address... Nor do they reply to our calls...We have been trying to get reservation for last 2.5 months... but no response...The company is misselling the membership and not keeping up the promises...

I am Ankur Bhadani I have been cheated by park royal holiday pvt ltd i bought 3 year membership on 11-sep-2022 on promotional offer they give me 18 nights and 21 days welcome later and free goa trip with 3nights
And 4 days, whenever I tried to reservation of my booking of goa trip I mailed on 23-sep-2022 they take 4 days to check availability and not giving me proper answer from costumer care after so much torchering finally reply...

Park royal Team has made a fraudulent sales, they promised to provide hotel booking as per my needs but after receiving payment they stopped responding to emails and calls. Their reservation team just asks for changing my plan dates, holiday destination and then respond with no availability. I have got everything documented before buying this membership including my travel dates, hotel names and availability. Everything was agreed and documented...
