This is regarding the return of an incomplete product that i received against an order for 4 products including wood block knives set i had placed in pepperfry.
I received the product on 15th april 2018 and on the same day i had raised a return request. Till 9th of may 2018, no one from the returns team contacted me nor did they take any action.
On speaking to pepperfry customer care executive on 10th may 2018, i understood that pepperfry team has closed the case mentioning not able to reach the customer (Which never happened - i did not receive any call nor mails apart from an automailer saying that they will take action). After discussing the issue in detail with pepperfry customer care executive, i was asked to upload the picture of the product before 16th april. I have done the same and i have received a response from pepperfry team mentioning that return request is outside 7 days, hence they cannot accept the return.
