Pepperfry — Non-delivery of item

I have ordered a chair on 15/10/22 with delivery by 1/11/22.

ITEM NAME Igor Medium Back Executive Chair in Black Colour by High Living
ORDER ID[protected]
SKU FN1841496-S-PM26138

As of 7/11/22, I have not received the item and after sending many emails and speaking to customer service, all I get is "delayed delivery, wait 72 hours" email with no followup whatsoever.

I want the item delivered with a precise date of delivery and not excuses from the courier/Pepperfry.
