[Resolved]  Pepperfry — Not Updating my product status and no reply for Mail from Pepperfry Team.

Hi,

I had placed an order for Tychee 2 Door Wardrobe in Walnut Finish (Quantity - 1) product from Pepperfry app on November 4th @ 5PM. As per the estimated deliver date promised by Pepperfry was on 18th of November. But still in app it is showing its last tracking update was 10th November which was reached in Goa. After that no status update was found. Regarding same i had dropped mail to pepperfry team and there is no response from their end. I have already paid amount(Rs 7497/-) for the same product and i am worrying of not getting my product to my doorsteps on time and no proper response from their team. So I request you please consider my complaint and do the needful. Please find the below order details for your reference also please find the status screenshot.
