My Refund of not processed yet.

I have not received my refund yet even after 7 days completed and they dont redponse well and true information.

This failed product was returned and pickedup. In the name of 24 hours still i dont receive my refund.

Cancellation fee

I ordered a bed (Rs.39000) from Pepperfry after being misled by the company about the 25% cashback, which they claim to be equivalent to as many rupees, but tell you nowhere that they expire within 7 days and can't be redeemed fully in subsequent orders (only 25% can be redeemed each time).

As soon as I realised this pathetically sly scheme, I tried to cancel the order, but they are changing me 2.5% of my order value (Rs.975),...

Cashback Scam

I ordered a bed and applied the 'DIWALI' coupon code for a 25% cashback to the pepperfry wallet as mentioned in the promo. After paying Rs.39000 the company credited 9420 cashback points, which the company claims in its app to be equivalent to 9420 rupees. But now when I try to buy another item and use the cashback, the company doesn't let me use more than 30% of the cashback amount and the cashback amount expires in 7 days, which was mentioned...

Cancellation and refund of my product been denied by the team even when the product hasn't yet been dispatched from source

Hi,
I had ordered a product - Order no[protected] on 21st of Oct. but i had to cancel the item as I would not be available by 31st Oct when the product will be delivered and I had raised the cancellation request early when the product is not even dispatched from the source. But the team is denying the cancellation. Please help.
I need help and I cannot let my product remain unattended when I am not in my location....

2.5% cancellation fee even when I cancelled within 5 minutes

Pepperfry's sly practices need to be checked. I placed an order for a 4-door wardrobe worth 15, 998. After the order was confirmed, i realized that it was going to take ~40 days to ship the wardrobe.

So I cancelled the order within 3-5 minutes.

Little did I know that Pepperfry wants to mooch off its customers by charging a 2.5% cancellation fee. So they cut 400 rs even though it cost them NOTHING.

Defective product not being exchanged

I made the mistake of ordering a set of four Green Jute Light Filtering 5 Feet Eyelet Curtain (1 Piece) by Skyloom from this website. One curtain was shorter than the other. The customer care says we will only refund the shorter piece and not the others. If you are not happy - we care a damn - never order again from this website.

Where customer-service is a flawless task with Myntra & Ajio & others, it's a nightmare with Pepperyfry....

Delayed delivery, wrong product delivered, reverse pickup wrongly registered

a set of 3 cushions ordered.

1. product delivered 10 days late after multiple follow ups
2. wrong quantity delivered. only 1 product out of 3 delivered
3. wrong reverse pick up registered by company. delivery person refuses to pick up product

15 days of trauma, horrible customer experience....

Pepperfry is not returning my mattress which is in very bad shape

I need to return the mattress purchased by me cumulus orthopaedic reversible queen size as it has given me serious back issue and i have got the problem pf L4 and L5 gaping in my spinal nerve .

Please return my mattress as soon as possible . I have paid a hefty amount of money on the mattress and it gave me an illnesses of spinal nerve in my back .

Defective product received, pepperfy deny replacement and fooling continusouly

I had ordered an ergonomic chair of Green Soul from Pepperfry and received a faulty and defective product. I raised the issue and they sent engineers twice to check and confirm the issue. The visiting engineer confirmed it to be manufacturing defects to pepperfry and pepperfry informed me the same and asked to wait 15 days for replacement. They did nothing for 15 days, so I called again and then again I was given timeline of another 15 days....

Cancellation charges

I am being charged 2.5% of cancellation fees... I haven't seen any eCommerce doing it.. I placed 4 products and cancelled it within 24hrs, even before they processed shipment.. I am charged a cancellation fees and upon that this order was placed via EMI, now since they have not reversed the entire amount.. I will be charged via banks as well... Pepperfry should pay me my refund without charging any cancellation fees and also should get penalized...

Three seater sofa sets

Household interior items order

Ordered few electrical and house hold items, No coordination on delivery and after sales, Haver send so many emails even called to senior people in gurgoan but no proper response on delivery and balance items . They cancel items without proper reasoning and no substitute offered . No response from customer centre or any senior manager as if they don't care about complaint and customer issues...

Regarding cancellation of an item

I have recently ordered from pepper fry
So the item was analog clock for my home
Where as after I ordered the product via credit card I came to know that the size of the clock is so massive that it won’t fit in my home, coz the clock is of 62 inches !!!
Which is so massive
So I heard that pepperfry don’t cancel the order once it’s shipped

Damaged Product Delivered- no pickup nor refund

Delay delivery of a mirror ordered on 30th Aug and received broken mirror. Request pickup and refund; even after multiple requests no action taken. False commitments and deliberate delay. I mentioned I have a baby and I cannot keep the broken mirror longer as it’s dangerous but they cared less. Request refund and let me dispose of as they are unable to pickup. They said incase I dispose then there is no refund. They are aware it’s impossible...

King size sheesham bed

I had purchased the bed some 2-3 years ago and at that time itself I complained to the pepperfry consumer complaints that the bed was not stable and the frame can brake anytime because of inadequate support they refused to deliver today the bed has broken completely o got it repaired in between by their assigned carpenters but to no avail...

Damaged product repair declined stating user usage issue.

When opening a recliner the metal inside is rubbing against the cloth/foam thus tearing it off in last couple months. It is very clear that the metal slider nut is hitting the foam every time recliner opens or closes. But while raising a request for repair as it is under waranty the service is declined saying its usage issue. How sad it is to look at customer service that even this clear manufacturing issue has been termed as usage issue...
