Date of the incident - 24-jun-2015 Retail Invoice Aggarwalstores TIN/VAT/CST:Applied for Invoice No: 66293 Invoice Date: Jun-21-2015 Order No:[protected]KD1113633-S-PM3024 Item ID - KD1113633-S-PM3024 Product Name- Tupperware 4 pcs Goodie Box Set 1 Price - 839.00 839.00 Mode of Payment: Pre-Paid TOTAL (Inclusive of all taxes) 839.00 I placed an order to buy tupperware boxes. But due to the big size, I wanted to return this product.Through online, when I checked, in the reason of return, there was option, placed by mistake. When I contacted customer care people, they were saying they cant take these products as there is no damage. These people have launched fake site which has filter option, but will never work. Though in the return policy, it is written you can return if you place by by mistake, their website will not allow to process 'SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST'. They will force you to call but they will never take those products. Please assist me in returning these products.

Second thing is that previously you offered me rs. 400/- as compensation and then I did not agree with your offer thereafter you are now talking about the guarantee of the product.
