[Resolved]  Pepperfry — Pepperfry not returning a less dimensions carpet sent through. Order No.[protected]

No response on Return request raised on 18th Jan 2022 for Order No.[protected] Blue Wool Floral 4 X 6 Feet Hand Tufted Carpet by Jaipur Rugs Qty : 1 ₹ 7679 FU1880894-S-PM13853
I ordered Blue Wool Floral 4 X 6 Feet Hand Tufted Carpet by Jaipur Rugs Qty : 1 ₹ 7679 FU1880894-S-PM13853 (order no.:[protected] on 08 Jan. 2022 and received it on 17th Jan. 2022 thro. DELHIVERY courier service. But when i checked the dimensions of the ordered and as described above, the carpet came out to be lesser in dimensions of 3.6 x 5.6 feet only which is lesser in size than the one described above, showcased and purchased on pepperfry app.


I started its return on 18th Jan 2022 thro. pepperfry app and talked to pepperyfry customer care also on 18th Jan 2022 and 20th jan 2022 for moving the process of return and was told of positive response in a day or two but since starting of the return process on 18th Jan 2022, i have not seen any positive step been taken from pepperfry side to initiate the return .
Please help in getting this wrong and lesser dimension carpet returned as its breach of contract and service to send lesser dimensions product.
