I bought a platform wall clock, but now find that the clock is too big for my living room.
I asked for return of the product, but they refused to entertain this request. They just sent an email saying that the product cannot be returned. There is no way to respond to the email since it is "no-reply" email id. They have also not updated the status of the return request on the order details on their website.
Now, i am stuck with a clock which will be a waste of money, and i have to just trash it.
So much for their "friendly" return policy, which is very very opaque.
