This is with regard to your product (wardrobe ORDER ID[protected]that I bought a month ago.the furniture where it is placed does not have any wall leakages still it has started catching mould from all the corners and inside as well. The quality is pathetic.i want to return this product.i have also attached the picture of my wall where you can see there is no leakage and there is proper sunlight.i also tried to use termites spray but still it is catching mould. Inspite of 24 months warranty, I did not receive any assistance after talking to your customer care. I could not even use this product for a monthBecause of this mould. It's been 5 days after compliant and I have still not received any call or message update from pepperfry.

This looks exactly like my almirah, and they told me that the product is from Malaysia, so maybe not suitable for our climate, i was like, why are you selling it in our climate then?? I bought a similar 3 door wardrobe. I clean it daily cuz of this issue and eyes burn and we sneeze a lot. These people need to develop ethics! It's a health hazard.

Yes I'm facing exactly same issues.and i have not yet received any updates from pepperfry.i asked them to refund and take the product but they aren't providing that option as well.
