[Resolved] Pepperfry — Regarding cancellation of an item

I have recently ordered from pepper fry So the item was analog clock for my home Where as after I ordered the product via credit card I came to know that the size of the clock is so massive that it won’t fit in my home, coz the clock is of 62 inches !!! Which is so massive So I heard that pepperfry don’t cancel the order once it’s shipped So I want my order to be cancelled and want the refund via the original payment. Thanks. On subsequently cancelling the order, merchants would be left with unsold items, which would negatively impact their working capital and business finances.
