I placed orders for queen size beds and mattress of size 78L x 60W which is mentioned in the specification of bed but pepperfry app internally updated the mattress’ size to 70Lx 60W and 70Lx48W. And now (within 7 days of placing the orders) I am trying to contact customer service via chat, emails and calls but no answer or resolution. Chatbot is not human, and they are not letting me cancel/return these two items, which is Rs 17, 737, and when I request for human service chatbot is giving me email id [protected]@pepperfry.com and a number +[protected] to give miss call.
I have tried like a million times to call the number but nobody picks or calls back.
I also sent multiple emails with the video of the app malfunctioning and the size issue but instead of contacting me they keep resolving the issues they keep sending automated emails to provide image or video and just close the ticket.
I also called +[protected], at least someone picked, but again useless because they don’t have the “authority” to resolve my issue or to escalate the issue instead I was told that someone will call me back within 1 hr but it’s almost 12 hrs now and nobody called. It’s very frustrating how they are scamming customers. First of all the issue is on their app, their fault and nobody is helping to resolve the issue.
I also have credits 1504( 1 credit = 1 rupee) on my wallet but can’t use/access it, I have complained about this too and provided the screenshots and still no help at all.
VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!!
