Hi,
I placed an order on 14th July 2014 on peppefry.com (an online store, good for furniture).
I booked the furniture on 8472 rs on credit card EMI scheme .
The order was to shipped on 22nd July at Delhi but it din 't happen.
I tried to contact my account manager NIshkaam several times on the given number in my mail, unfortunately he never respind my call.
After 30 th july I got to know that Nishkaam is not there to serve me for my order enquiry, somebody told me on phone n send me a mail that Arnold will be my account manager n he will be always available to help me ragarding my order .
on 8th Aug I got a call from Arnold, that my product has been shipped to Delhi n it will be handed over to third party courier company within next two working days n will be delivered to me by this week( between 30 th july to 08.07.2014 i called pepperfry BPO multiple times, n got response sometimes that product has not been shipped yet or has been shipped ).
Today again i called the BPO n got response from Ujjaini that product is at Jodhpur as it is showing in system (I am also able to see the same status on my order status on portal), then also i belived onArnold's previous conversation ( i thought may be in system actual truth is not being updated frequently).
Then my call transffered to Kunal, who suggested me to wait for 24 hrs ( which i will definitely do).
Note :
1.BPO nos will not be received always by the team to serve or the service team is bit slow or lazy to respond or to work for customers queries.
2.I asked many times to cancel my order n to refund my amount but they ignored n convinced me that product will be delivered .I got convinced becoz need is mine afterall.
3.If the pre sales service is too bad n disappointed then God knows If I get damaged product then how will be my post sales service.
4. now m sure the product is not going to delivered as they successfully created mess .
Dear all customers, do not concentrate on reviews ( may be the business team has created their reviews in themselves to make reputation in market ).
Many online shopping sites are doing successfull business in market, I have never face this type of situation ever.
I placed for urgent need ( on marriage purpose), ab to shadi ho jayegi 2 din me ...furniture ek to apne paise me kharido yahan physical existing shop se ...or pepperfry me v paisa latak gaya + furniture v deliver nahi hua :(
tooo bad n time wasting ...
Jitna ka discount mila tha utne ka phone bill me add ho gaya ( as the BPO team use to keep me on hold for long time most of the time )
