      My TV had issues with the sound system. I had registered a complaint with customer care.And my Job no.[protected]. The engineer concerned came to my house and said the TV had issues with its panel, which was not a problem for me, so I agreed and asked for the date on which I would get the TV back. I was told that the date would be confirmed after taking the TV to the service centre. After second day, i received a call that i have issues with sound box and panel, and costing me (Rs 1, 200+ Rs 3500). So i asked that when will i recieve the TV after fixing all the issues, he said after one week. I told him I can't wait for those many days so i asked them to fix only the sound box (as they confirmed that i will get my TV in next 2 days). After two days they called and said that my panel is damaged and TV is not working. I asked them why TV stopped working suddenly as it was ok when they received it from home. So engineer Manish from Dizitec Services his explanation was that they did cleaning and after cleaning it is not working now and that i have to pay them Rs 4700. So i called the Area Manager Mr. Abhishek Ranjan for this issue, he told me that he can't take action on this (and said he can't hit the engineer and make him work)--- this was the explanation provided by the Area manager of Philips. I don't want him to hit anyone, but at least I expect minimum courtesy from an area manager when he is speaking to a customer. The service centre has no right to forcefully charge the customers for the services they have not asked for. If such an irresponsible behaviour is meted out to the customers, I am sure I won't buy any product of Philips in the future. To add to this, I want to say I was pretty satisfied with the brand...but this experinece has affected me adeveresly.

        My job no[protected], speaker dead from last 4 months, after 2 month warranty is expired, service center are waiting for expired warranty, this is service of philips company, go to hell philips

          Hi there
          I bought phillips dry iron on 13 nov 2020 and now it is not working. I also called customer care. They register my complaint on 18th of dec 2020 and said that the technician will visit in 1 or 2 days but no one came. I again called customer care on 22th dec 2020 but they hung my call after made me on hold for several minutes.

              I bought a hand beater on 29/6/20 model HR3740 within 20days its blade got broke and I gave it to an authorised dealer in Ernakulam Vytilla and was replaced within 20days after that on 16th october again one blade broke and was given to same dealer, but now its 2months completed still its not replaced, I bought the beater to use not keep it in showcase, so I need it to get resolved soon.

                  I had purchased Mixer grinder in 2018 Model HL 7756/00 now i have problem in Chutney Jar & want to purchased new ...i am now frustrate just because here at Gondia a District place i could not get that Jar & also not available in online platforms now i feel its big mistake... that i purchased Philips product

                    I bought the item from flipkart.com on 03/01/2020 and the product is subjected to one year warranty, today, unfortunately, the power bank stopped working, neither it is getting charged nor charging the other devices no indicator lights, it was a very hard day for me as my whole day goes off in travelling and I am totally dependent on power bank .
                    Please help me asap.

                      Sir, I purchase a home theatre system in last year Nov.2019 but now there is no power supply in that product and I raised the complainant on14.11.2020 Complainant No.[protected], but thr is no responce but complaint closed.                             Dear Philips Consumer, Service request is registered with Job No.[protected] to our Service Center nearest to you. Contact No. [protected]

                            Above mentioned request was raised 5 days back but service advisor is least bothered to attend the call and revert
                            Have purchased the product just 20 days back for some home function but due to pathetic product and now pathetic service I am very disappointed by Philips
                            Request to please either replace the product or repair it to perfection on very urgent basis else would be raising the request at consumer forum

                              Dear Sir/madam

                              I have purchased one Philips Bluetooth Speaker from online website Flipkart in month of Aug 2020 and product which was supplied was faulty and they changed that product after one week after that it has merely worked for 10 days and one day suddenly it has stopped working i have connected company customer care and they replaced the product after 15-20 days but again after a month on the day of diwali that product has stopped working Again I have connected customer care they have registered complaint and said once again it will take 15-20 days . I have asked customer care that the service center is 30-35 Kms from my place if it possible please change it at my home or else provide me refund of my money as what is guarantee of the product that it will not became faulty again. Customer care has given no of their area service manager he said me on call that you complaint is not much big and it is very normal but you need to come to service center first I asked them please give me guarantee that this time this product will not became faulty . I am very dissatisfied with customer service of philips .

                                  I bought the Philips bt1210 trimmer on[protected] but it is not working anymore. The Philips BT1210 has a trimmer warranty of 2 years. So you should change it immediately.

                                      Philips customer Service Centre provide me job number.
                                      After the job number allotted I got a call from the mobile number given by the service centre and they refused to come home and do service then he said do it where you want to complain

                                        I had purchased 4 years ago a Music System Philips SPA8000B. For last six months, there was some kind of Disturbing sound. First there was problem for a Speaker so I detached it and later it created for another one so removed another also. Finally I had to carry it to a Service center at Boring Road, Patna.

                                        The In-charge of Service center said that I C might have gone. After four days when I visited he delivered it but Charged me Rs. 975/- without a proper bill for changing an I C.

                                        I do not know what is Reasonable Charge for it but seems too much for an I C and for the Music System which cost is only Rs. 8000/- . Secondly I never expected Philips product to last for 4 years.

                                        Of course it is an electronic item and may happen. But Service Should be given at reasonable cost. Also Philips India need to boost and strengthen the Service because market is competitive and others are providing better service.

                                        Still having problem...disturbing Sound as of now has gone but there is still remains a problem - After Half an Hour it GOES OFF automatically.
