Dear Team,
This is reference to my purchase of 2 Air purifiers of model AC 1217/ 20 from your dealer EP Electronic Paradise Private Limited on November 01, 2020.
As per the offer, I am eligible to receive 2 Air filters with the same. For that, I had shared all the requisite details on the number provided, i.e., on [protected]. For reference, please see the screenshot.
Accordingly, I filed the requisite details on the link provided as well, however, it didn't upload. Therefore, I reached to your officials who gave me the number to register my complaint. I registered my complaint on December 22, 2020.
After that, I have tried to reach Philips multiple times where I was informed that I'll be provided with the relief in 24 hours. However, to no avail.
Accordingly, I have proceeded with registering my complaint to the consumer helpline. The reference no. for the same is 2555766.
I would again request you to please provide me with my 2 Air filters. If not provided, I'll proceed with registering the complaint with the consumer department.
