Extended warranty mismatch with what is claimed

"**3 years standard world-wide warranty, additional 1 year warranty upon registration on the Philips website" - this is what is printed on the product packaging but upon registering on the website the total warranty offered is of 3 years only instead of 4. Upon contacting the customer care it is told that Philips provides only 2+1 years of extended warranty. I seek a total of 4 years of extended warranty as has been claimed by Philips....

Customer service and repair

In April i gave a home theatre to be repaired in the service center named Techno Kare, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru. I got a call regarding the expense 1 week after and i agreed for it to be repaired even though they said that cd player will not work.But i contacted them in may and there was lockdown so they refused because of company guidelines and now its been 5 months. From the last two months they are not picking up the phone any of the numbers....

Replacement of sleep apnea machine

My DreamMapper Go needs replacement foams and I’ve been informed that this shall happen in mid-October. Firstly, given that this machine is used to treat sleep apnea, this delayed servicing is callous, to say the least. Philips should be replacing the foam immediately, so as to avoid inconvenience to the patient, rather than mouth an apology and leave the customer helpless.
