[Resolved]  Policy Bazaar — harassment by agent

The salesman or agent or staff of policy Bazar who called me on this number [protected] on[protected] at 17:49 and trying to sell term insurance by humiliating me. While at the very beginning I made it clear that I won't buy, he kept on doing that. Asked his name, was giving wrong name. Jogendar Kumar may be his name was. His arrogance and tone of selling was totally wrong. When I replied I'm mature enough to decide what to buy or not he replied I'm immature etc.

Point is I have bought two policies at policy Bazar and feel good at that. But this kind of attitude not only provoke me to close those insurances and buy at somewhere else but also I won't refer to anyone. Please treat this matter urgently basis or I'll complain again in consumer forum with a written complaint copy at your head office.

Hello my name is anoop singh i had book a policy fir my car on dated 19.08.2021 around 5:30 pm that the payment was deducted and the customer care executive told me your policy will b generated with half an hour after one hour i called back to policy bazar customer care than they told me policy will be sent to your registered e mail id which is anoop.[protected]@yahoo.com but policy was not sent on dated 20.08.2021 i waited gor whole day but policy soft copy not recieved then i call back again PB customer care number he said your policy is confirmed but there is a technical issue so your policy is not generated. The policy will be sent to you by the end of the day every time i talk to PB cce they gave me the same reply (within one hour two hour) but policy copy not sent till date. My previous policy has been expired and i am travelling many places without car insurance i am afraid of chalaan. Who will be responsible if my car has a chalaan.???
