My hdfc life click 2 protect 3d plus policy was booked on 28-nov-2019 with booking id[protected] & application no[protected] from hdfc life through policy bazaar with a premium of ₹25538 (Yearly), the payment was made though policy bazaar gateway and rejected the policy later on december 27th 2019, later waited for a period of 10-15 days for the refund, where i found no refund was initiated from neither of the companies, later started calling the policy bazaar customer care where they stated that we are in touch with hdfc life for your refund, seeing the repetitive answers which are baseless, i started calling hdfc life and also found the same message that the refund is issued to policy bazaar and when contacted vijay nayak of hdfc life he gave a mail (Attached below) stating that refund was made to policy bazaar and they have to revert back to you with the refund. The same was conveyed to policy bazaar but they are not responding to the mails and while discussions on phone calls they are repeating the same dialogue that it is pending with hdfc life, the triangular blame game is going on since december 28th, the repeated discussions with policy bazaar has become an endless chapter, they don’t respond nor clear the issue of refund, in-fact they are disconnecting the calls repeatedly after me explaining the total summary, which is highly objectionable to me..
Seeking help from the authorities to resolve the issue at the earliest and also make the insurer understand the causes of delaying the refund.
Mail transaction is being done but the policy bazaar says we are in contact with the insurer for the refund. Was this information helpful? |
